Selling Sunset Season 9: The popular Netflix Reality Show is come back with new drama and a new agent.
On October 29, 2025, Netflix finally released the long-awaited Season 9 of Selling Sunset. Those who enjoy luxury real estate and high-stakes drama are now able to watch all 10 episodes simultaneously.

What’s New This Season?
The major addition to this season is Sandra Vergara, sister of actress Sofia Vergara, who is now part of The Oppenheim Group. Sandra, in a recent interview, explained that “I’ve always had an eye for design and a love for people, so combining that with real estate just clicked”. Her new outlook is set to disturb existing relationships between the cast.

Familiar Faces Return
And all of your favorite agents are back. The returning cast includes Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, Chelsea Lazkani, and Mary Bonnet. Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Alanna Gold and Nicole Young also reprise their roles alongside brokers Jason and Brett Oppenheim.
The return of Nicole was quite dramatic. She was initially “put on pause” in January after an explosive dinner incident with Chrishell. But she confirmed her comeback in April and that she is back in Season 9.
What to Expect?
Season 9 continues where Season 8 left off. Producer Adam DiVello promises this season of unexpected twists and jaw-dropping moments. The audience will witness high-stakes confrontations in the office, multimillion-dollar real estate deals, and personal conflicts.
The constant conflict between Chrishell and Nicole becomes the center of attention. Chrishell has already said that she would not work with Nicole again following allegations from last season. This season directly deals with these rivalries but adds brand new alliances and betrayals.
The episodes are 40-50 minutes long, and there is ample time to explore the glamorous real estate transactions and more complicated relationships that characterize The Oppenheim Group.
