Great news for lovers of animated musical comedy. Hazbin Hotel is officially coming back not only with one, but two more seasons. The 3rd and 4th seasons are currently in production, and Prime Video and A24 confirmed the continuation at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2024.
An official release date has not been announced yet, but there are positive signs. Voice actor Christian Borle disclosed at GalaxyCon New Orleans that the cast had already recorded the third season, and was already working on the fourth season. It is thrilling because it means that production is going to be faster than expected.
When Can We Expect Season 3?
According to the usual animation schedule, it is realistic to expect Hazbin Hotel Season 3 to be released sometime after the end of 2026 and at the beginning of 2027. Animated shows typically require 9 to 18 months of post-production, and that means the waits will not be as long as the time between seasons. Animation, musical numbers and character-driven narration require sufficient time to get to perfection levels.

The Season 2 finale ended with massive cliffhangers that set up an epic conflict.
