Four years later, Euphoria fans are finally getting good news to get excited about. HBO has recently announced 18 new cast members for Season 3 and that star-studded cast is all the buzz on social media.
Big Names Join the Cast
On October 17, 2025, HBO released some big announcements. Natasha Lyonne, Trisha Paytas, Danielle Deadwyler, and Eli Roth have officially been announced to be part of Euphoria Season 3. This is following the third season, which is much anticipated to get it premiered in spring 2026.

It is an Emmy-winning teen drama that has not aired since 2022. Now it is making a big re-entry by having 18 new faces in addition to the already star-filled cast.
Who’s coming back?
The good news is that most of your favorite actors are returning. Zendaya is in the lead role as Rue, and she is joined by Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Hunter Schafer, and Colman Domingo. The Instagram post that initially omitted these key stars left fans puzzled. HBO confirmed their return a few months ago.
Domic Fike will also play Elliot once again. Nika King is brought in as the mother of Rue, Leslie, which further gives more depth to the plot.
What to expect?
Season 3 will consist of eight episodes that take place after high school. In February 2025 it started filming in Los Angeles with the support of the California tax rebate. The new season has mature themes, and Rue is continuing her recovery process.
However, some of the cast members will not return. Barbie Ferreira – has already confirmed that she is no longer part of the show earlier this year.
Release Date Confirmed
The HBO show will be aired on Max, providing closure to the unresolved storylines of Season 2. Sam Levinson, creator of the show, confirms a third season will be worth the wait.
The series is still among the most discussed shows on television, which is the perfect blend of pure emotion with breathtaking images.
